Special Event
Winter Trails Day: January 12
Join us for free snowshoe tours and demos from Tubbs, Atlas, MSR & REI! Kids are welcome and no experience is necessary to enjoy this family friendly event. Be sure to bring your photo ID, which you’ll need to check out snowshoes. We encourage you to bring cash for hot chocolate and coffee, but please leave skis and sleds at home.
Winter Trails is a national event that offers those new to snow sports an opportunity to try snowshoeing for FREE. Equipment, instruction and tours will be available.
Pre-registration is not required, but strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated!
Want to volunteer? We're still looking for a few more volunteers to lead mini-snowshoe tours and help out with logistics. If interested, sign up HERE.
Directions/Parking:Traveling eastbound, take Exit 53 off I-90 at Snoqualmie Pass, and turn right. At the “T” intersection, turn left (SR-906), go about 200 yards and look for the Winter Trails Day as well as “The Mountaineers” signs on the right, across from the Snoqualmie Pass Fire Hall. Parking will only be available along the road or at the main Summit Ski area parking lot, and the Snoqualmie Campus is a short hike up the hill.
