The Everett Mountaineers Family Activities Program is hosting a no cost evening for the whole family. Have you wanted to get outdoors with your family but didnt know where to go or have anyone else to do it with? Were you uncertain of what to bring or how to entertain your children on the trail? Well here is an opportunity to get answers to these questions, share information and meet other families. Well cover the following topics:
What to bring hiking
Trail nutrition
Basic first aid
Protecting nature / wilderness ethics
What activities and events are available
How to get involved
This is a free seminar and children are welcome. All children will receive a complementary first aid kit. Refreshments will be served and at the end of the evening well have a drawing for door prizes. Space is limited so please RSVP.
