Inter-Mountain Alpine Club Annual Banquet Featuring Sherpa Ang Dorjee
Please join the Inter-Mountain Alpine Club (I-MAC) for their annual banquet on February 9, 2006 at the Shilo Inn in Richland off of George Washington Way. The dinner will be provided by O'Callahan's Catering and Grill. The banquet starts off with a 6:00 social time and a no-host bar will be provided. Dinner will be at 6:30 and following will be our guest speaker. We are honored to be able to have Ang Dorjee as our guest speaker. Ang Dorjee is probably one of the best known Sherpas in Nepal for all of his ascents of Mt. Everest, ten to date. However, he has travel through-out the world offering his expertise on several climbing and trekking expeditions. Ang will be presenting a slide show on climbing on Everest and the cultural aspects of Sherpa life. Please join us for a wonderful and informative evening.
$20.00 per person for I-MAC members and $25 per person for non-members
