Seattle Youth Committee's Gear Grab
Thursday, October 20
6:30-9 p.m. @ The Mountaineers Building, Seattle
Do you have a closet full of gently-used gear that's just sitting around collecting dust? Or are you looking for "new" equipment but don't want to break the bank?
The Gear Grab is the perfect place to sell or buy new and gently-used gear. In past years, we've seen skis, jackets, cameras, backpacks, lanterns, stoves, and more outdoor equipment that you could imagine. And with 10% of the evening's sales going to the Youth Committee, every purchase goes toward training the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts.
The Gear Grab is open to the general public, so you don't need to be a member to take advantage of the awesome deals. However, you do need to be a member to sell at the event (no dealers, please).
Sellers can begin setting up at 3 p.m. and are asked to donate 10% of their earnings to the Youth Committee. Please have your membership card handy if you plan on being able to sell your gear. More info: 206-284-6310
