The Mountaineers is currently accepting nominations for the Fundraising Committee (FRC). This committee will help to inform and oversee fundraising efforts at the Club, Branch, and Committee levels, and serve as a liaison to The Mountaineers Foundation. In addition, FRC members will:
--Lead the Board's participation in resource development and fundraising --Work with staff to develop the organization's fundraising plan
--Familiarize Board members with fundraising skills and techniques so that they are comfortable raising money
--Play a strong role in identifying, cultivating, and approaching major donors. Prior fund-raising skills and experience or a desire to develop such are important qualifications.

Your assistance is needed to help us seek out candidates for this committee from among the many outstanding individuals within our organization and the wider community. Please let us know who among your colleagues is ready and willing to help.

-Presidential Gifts (Major Gifts)

Committee members will be appointed for a two-year term.
