Mountainfilm on Tour is a mix of some of the best films from the Mountainfilm in Telluride film festival which is held every year in Telluride, CO. Mountainfilm features short films covering a wide array of topics. Each year, Mountainfilm attracts filmmakers, photographers, conservationists, mountaineers and explorers from around the world. In 2000, the Mountainfilm in Telluride festival embarked on a new journey Mountainfilm on Tour. Each year, a selection of films from the international festival are taken on the road to reach audiences who otherwise wouldnt have a chance to experience the festival.
Thanks to a grant from the Raynier Institute & Foundation, all ticket proceeds from the Seattle event will benefit the Outdoors for All Foundation financial scholarship program. Ticket prices for the shows are only $10 each night ($15 at the door).
