The festival showcases four inspirational and thought-provoking films from grassroots filmmakers that will inform you about backcountry and environmental issues as well as entertain you with exceptional skiing. Films emphasize the pleasures of quiet, untracked snow, the excitement of steep descents and the ingenuity of wind-powered snow recreation. Funds from this annual event help support WWA's public lands and youth education programs, as well as national policy work to advocate for the responsible stewardship of pristine winter wildlands. Winter Wildlands Alliance is a national nonprofit organization with the mission of promoting and preserving winter wildlands and a quality human-powered snowsports experience on public lands.
