10/30: Erdun Eruc's human Powered AdventureErdun Eruc's Human Powered Adventure
Thursday, October 30 @ 7 p.m.
Seattle REI, 222 Yale Ave N
The amazing dynamo that is Erdun Eruc has completed one part of his journey to circumnavigate the globe using only human power. He has biked, rowed, walked and climbed to meet his goal.
On October 30, Erdun will be in Seattle to talk about his incredible 312-mile journey rowing across the Pacific Ocean from San Francisco to Papua New Guinea. This feat put him in the record books for the longest time spent at sea for a solo rower. The real purpose of the trip, however, was to garner attention for his nonprofit, Around-N-Over. The organization's goal is to help others realize their dreams through education and support. Check out their website.
