Tired of hiking up the Mt Si trail with your 40 lbs of weight to train? Come hike the Old Trail up Si instead. Its slightly shorter but steeper than the regular trail, and the trail is a bit more rough. Fun, Fun, Fun. Bring your fully weighted pack, 10 Essentials, and proper mountaineering clothing and gear. Be ready to hike at 7am sharp! We'll aim to get to the top in about 2 1/2 hours, and be back to the cars by noon. This conditioner hike is intended for current Tacoma Basic Climbing students conditioner credit.
