Love backpacking and miss it in the winter? Enjoy snowshoeing and skiing and want to learn some safety skills? Come to our Intro To Snow Camping clinic and you'll learn all you need to know about safe & comfy camping in the snow, and more.
Join me and others on this instructional snow camping clinic. We'll make various types of snow shelters and give you the chance to sleep in them for the night. We have the group camping area up at Rainier (Paradise), so after finished with learning stuff, we can go play on the sledding hills or do a short ski tour. This is a free event for those interested in learning a bit about snow camping, and FREE to the public!
