Yoga for Climbers
Marguerite Hauberg (Qualified Youth Leader)
Marguerite Hauberg is a scramble leader and intermediate climbing course graduate. She has put together this program of yoga routines designed specifically for scramblers and climbers, focusing on stretches and exercises to increase balance, strength, and flexibility. The room will have a carpeted floor, but please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle. and come dressed for movement (no tight jeans). Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
