Yeah, you know who you are. It can strike in your 20s. Or 50s. And there's no cure. Fortunately, all is not lost. Professional physical therapists will lead this seminar aimed at climbers specifically. No, you will not be put on a program of calisthenics, but you will learn some techniques to keep your body healthy and slow the progression of this terrible disease.
Bring your favorite workout tools from home -- small weights, therabands, yoga balls -- and a yoga mat or sleeping pad. Open to all Tacoma members.
