This is a hike for conditioning purposes. Please bring 10 essentials and headlamp even if we won't be using it. This hike is straight forward and so the group will not need to stay together on the way up but on the way down we'll be closer together. I'll be taking weight in my pack on the way up. Dress for the weather and trekking poles are encouraged.
