Through classroom and climbing gym activities, we will explore the mental side of lead climbing and the factors that limit our climbing development. Actually, we will focus on how we limit our climbing development with our own head games. This seminar will help us develop skills that we can each use to overcome our individual challenges. Participants must pass the Edgeworks lead test (5.8) prior to the seminar.
Second night at Edgeworks on November 9, 7 to 9 pm. Open to Tacoma branch lead climbers through October 20, then registration opens to others.
