You will need a Sno Park Pass. Very popular area on the weekends. You will need to stay on the logging road leading to the lakes to minimize the avalanche danger.

This is a very popular route, so we’ll meet and start a bit earlier than usual in hopes of beating the rush and getting decent parking places (no promises). This is an “E+” trip --- participants are required to have taken the “Basic Snowshoeing” course, or alternatively either “Alpine Scrambling” or “Basic Climbing”. Sno-Park permits are required for carpool vehicles.
