Ingalls Creek drains a vast area of rugged and stunning beauty. Continuously following the wilderness waterway, let rapids and ripples, crashing cascades and swirling eddies mesmerize you along the way. In spring enjoy a trail lined with flowers-paintbrush, lupine, trillium, glacier lilies, and more. Can hike in ~5 miles, establish camp, then depending on time and group inclination, possibly do a day hike from there.

Ingalls Creek - we'll hike in ~5 miles, establish camp, then depending on time and group inclination, possibly do a day hike from there. We'll work out carpooling logistics via email a few days prior to the trip. Leisurely pace. Those who want to go at a moderate or fast pace: this trip is probably not for you.

Note: while this trip is open to all club members, the focus of the trip will be instructional as it is also part of the Foothills Branch B3 Backpacking Series.
