Trying to keep those extra holiday pounds off like me? If so, join me for this quick jaunt up and down. Be ready to hit the trail at 8:30am sharp. We don't need to stay close together for this short hike, but will wait for everyone to reach the top before heading down shortly after. Let's try to keep an upper moderate pace with no stops except for quick clothing adjustments. Traction devices may be required. Well behaved dogs welcome, but let me know when signing up.
