Destination is Snow Lake depending on snow and avalanche conditions. This is a scenic introductory tour in the Alpental backcountry. Routes are described in "Backcountry Skiing Snoqualmie Pass" by Martin Volken.

Alternative to watching the SuperBowl. Plan is to hit Pineapple Pass, and some runs off the Snow Lake Divide. Nothing to rough as I need to stay in the valley that day. Good beginner terrain for people in the FH Ski Mountaineering course. We could even break down and do some rescue drills. If you are interested, sent me an email with your skiing background, avalanche training and if you've been on a tour before (not required).
