Trailhead

10.6 mi r.t., 1800’ ft gain. A climb over “Little Hump” and a walk through second-growth timber from the 1920’s and ‘30s leads you to “Big Hump” where the old growth starts. After Big Hump, the trail becomes steeper with loose rock tread. Plan is to drop on down to the the river (if snow permits).
Come celebrate the reopening of this Olympic classic! New members welcome as long as the pace (2 mph), distance and gain are comfortable.
