Mt. Adams (12,276 ft.) of course is one of the highest peaks in Washington, yet it is a scramble! We will drive down the night before (Aug.7) and buy the individual permit at the Trout Lake Ranger Station ($10 each). We will car camp at Cold Springs Camp Ground, about an hour from the station.
