Shoe Lake in the Goat Rocks is beautiful country with mountain views and meadows. Participants are encouraged to also sign up for the Cispus Pass via Snowgrass Flats hike the day before. Leader will find a camping spot for Saturday night. This hike or backpack is part of the PCT Series. Mountaineers Members that ARE part of the PCT Series have “Leader Permission” to sign up for an event after May 14th based on their lottery trip choices. Individuals not part of the PCT Series may sign up for two PCT Series hikes or one PCT Series back pack per year, and may sign up for this activity no sooner than 10 days prior to the activity date, if space is available and at leader discretion.
