Part of the TACOMA CENTENNIAL - IRISH CABIN celebration. This is one of several trips planned on August 4th to commemorate the 9 peaks in one day record of Leroy Ritche and Les Faseg back in 1953. This trip will start from Mowich Lake and traverse to Fay, First Mother and back, with picnic celebration at 4pm. 10 E's and standard scramble equipment - hasty harness, prusik, and locking carabiner required. Must be Scrambles or Basic Climbing graduate, or enrolled in one of those courses for the current calendar year and successfully passed the amount of class activities to allow you to participate in listed scrambles. Students receive credit for one rock scramble. Disregard note about preference given to Olympia Scramble Students.
