Snowshoes and/or boot traction devices may be required. Traverse from east to west the entire ridge, from Rattlesnake Lake to Snoqualmie TH. Discover Pass required at TH.

One way traverse of Rattlesnake Mountain from East to West. 10.5 miles 3000 ft gain. It is not likely all of this will be done on snowshoes, so we will carry our 'shoes until we need them along the top. We will meet at the west end (Snoqualmie Point TH) - off Exit 27 and take a couple of vehicles from there to our starting point on the east end (Rattlesnake Lake). In addition to snowshoes, bring foot traction for those places where we don't need snowshoes but there is compact snow and ice on trail.
