Rugged and remote, the ancient home of the Nuu-chah-nulth First Nations offers gorgeous coastline, numerous islands, burial caves, waterfalls, rock gardens, ocean swell, surf, quiet bays, glassy inlets, secluded sandy beaches, midden sites, canoe ladders, eagles, sun fish, whales, sea lions, porpoises, seals, raccoons, black bears and the largest collection of sea otters on the west coast. Alternate plan: Esperanza and Nuchatlitz Inlets, Hecate Channel and Nootka Sound. Dry suit required.
