Mowich Lake

A forest walk from Mowich Lake to the flower-filled meadows of Spray Park where there are outstanding views of Mt. Rainier.

Spray Park is one of Washington's premier wildflower gardens. Forest flowers are abundant as we hike the first section of the trail, about 2 miles, to Spray Falls. Then we get a workout as the trail gains about 600' in a half mile. The hike up and into Spray Park leads to louseworts, gentians, lilies, lupines, paintbrush, and many, many other plants.
