This is a 2 hour orientation for individuals interested in instructing at Everett Scrambling Field Trips. It’s a great way to sharpen and maintain your skills, to help others, and to give back to the club.

Attendance is limited to 25. In the event of more than 25 signups, new qualifying instructors will be given highest priority.

Topics include:
- This season’s Field Trip logistics and day itineraries for instructors
- Expectations of instructors
- Filling out Student Booklets
- Roles of Field Trip leaders, lead instructors, and assistant instructors
- Fundamentals of how to teach and demonstrate physical skills
- Responding to emergencies, unexpected events, and challenging participants.
