Hike up to Cedar Butte. There should be views from here if the weather cooperates. We will loop back to the cars via a side trail. Along the way we will stop and look at mosses, lichen, fungi, and any other flora and fauna that catches our eye or camera lens.

This is a Naturalist Trip, so there will be some stopping, looking and picture taking. To get to the trailhead from Seattle, drive E on I-90 to exit 32 (436th Ave SE). Turn right (south) on 436th Ave SE (Cedar Falls Road SE) and drive about 4.5 miles, passing the Rattlesnake Lake parking area, until you find the Iron Horse/Cedar Butte Trailhead parking area on the left.
