DNR Capitol Forest

A capital idea for the end of March, this combination of road and trail leads to the high point of the Capitol State Forest. Views of the Olympics, Rainier and the south Cascades, or views of salmon berry flowers and cloud veils. Possible side trip to the mysterious Mima Mounds.
