Everett Branch holds an annual Rope Up open to anyone who has been involved in our climbing programs. Current membership is not required. Our objective is to build, maintain and reinforce our community. All students are encouraged to chest beat about their summer climbs. We hope some of the old timers come out of the woodwork. We definitely want members of EMRU to join us. Even if you’re from another branch, come on out and meet our community.
Camping is typically reserved for Friday and Saturday night. The Climbing Committee will provide a BBQ on Saturday night. Network around the campfire and line up a climbing partner for the next day.

It's a fun chance to swap stories on your climbs this year over food and drink. We're planning on providing the Dinner and a tasty malt beverage on Saturday night about 6'ish. You need to bring - Your own plates and utensils - Your own cup for tasty malt beverage - Hopefully some of you will contribute a side dish, appetizer or dessert - Camp chair - Rock shoes (boots at the crags don't work so well.) Camping is at the Leavenworth/Bridge Creek group camp. The weekend will coincide with the Self Rescue Class and Sport Climbing Class. We should have a few rope guns who will put up routes to climb for the Basic students who show. I do need you to RSVP by registering to this event by Tuesday 9/17 so we can plan purchases accordingly. Thanks. We have the Bridge Creek Group Site for 2 nights, Friday 9/20, and Saturday 9/21.
