Destination subject to change due to weather conditions, avalanche conditions, and snow conditions. Last year we pioneered a new route up the ridge on the south side of Howson Creek but were turned around by cornices at the knob labelled 5350 about half a mile south of the summit. The route we took was delightful and promising. This year, I would like to push the route through to the summit, conditions permitting.
