Explore varied habitats of Whidbey Island to look for seabirds, ducks, raptors, forest birds, and lichen. Meet at Ravenna P&R north lot at 730 AM to catch the 830 AM Mukilteo-Clinton ferry. Bring binoculars, lunch, snacks, money for the ferry & car pool Scopes a plus, although we will have 2 available. Dress for the weather. Back by early evening. Drivers need a Discover Pass.

January is an excellent time to explore the varied habitats of Whidbey Island. We'll look for seabirds, ducks, raptors, forest birds and lichen. Bring binoculars, lunch & snacks, money for the ferry & car pool Scopes a plus; two will be available. Dress for the weather. Back by early evening. Drivers need a Discovery Pass. Open to Study Group members. We will catch the 830 AM Mukilteo-Clinton ferry.
