Do you need to get in shape for the upcoming climbing season and don't know where to start? Then this seminar is for you. Come and learn about what you need to do to get in shape for mountaineering and alpine climbing, how to build a training plan on limited time, how to incorporate weights into your training, how to fuel yourself during training and on the climb, as well what you can do to recover faster. Open to all, this seminar is intended for basic and first year intermediate students.
