Smith Brook Road/FS6700 is on the dryer side of the Cascade Crest, 3.5 miles NE of Stevens Pass. The unplowed road follows Smith Brook northward and offers several miles of gently ascending terrain while allowing easy forays off the road to explore untracked forest.
