The Everett Mountaineers Intermediate Climbing Course consists of a set of modules which are taken separately, respecting course prerequisites. The course modules are:

• Leading on Rock
• Intermediate Glacier Climbing
• Ice, Winter and Mixed Climbing
• Self-Rescue

Note that students must also enroll in a separate Level 1 AIARE avalanche course to graduate the course.

Students can either apply to, and sign-up for each course individually in a "pay as you go" manner, or can apply to entire program with a discounted “bundled” pricing. Registration under this course listing is appropriate for those using the bundled option.

Applications for the bundled program can be obtained from the Intermediate Programs Chair under whom the course will be listed. To register for the course, complete the application form. The registration fee will be due upon acceptance in the course and payment instructions will be provided at that time.

Applications are due 2/15/2013. Applications will be reviewed by the Intermediate Climbing Committee in early March and successful applicants will attend a basic skills review in mid- to late-March before final admittance to the course. The course fee of $400 will be due at that time.
