Please be sure your e-mail address, home address and phone number are up-to-date in your Mountaineers “profile” so we can contact you and send you materials if needed.
We sincerely appreciate your help.
Additional information:
Carpooling to Heybrook Ridge is VERY strongly encouraged because there is limited parking on Mr. Muncer's land. You can use the Mountaineers carpooling system through the database, or arrange carpooling privately. A list of your fellow instructors will be sent out by email before each field trip.
If you wish to sign up for additional events, please do so through the web site: http://www.mountaineers.org/
Field trips start early - instructors usually arrive at Heybrook Ridge at 6:30 am. Instructor packets will be available at the field trip and will be sent as files upon request. mail if you do not instruct at a workshop. Come prepared as you would for a scramble or snowshoe trip, but without ice-axe. Be sure to bring your instructor packet.
If you need to change your plans (drop an event), please contact the field trip leader or wsashby@earthlink.net promptly.
Thanks again!
