aka Grand Park The Back Way, a shorter trip to Grand Park than starting at Sunrise.
Grand indeed. Geological forces long ago created a large flat plateau on the north side of Mt. Rainier. Biology then took over, ringed it with trees and carpeted it with a vast flower-filled meadow. Standing in the meadow will be a highlight of your summer.
