This is a beautiful lake at the foot of a huge cliff on the north side of Mt. Baring. Trail parallels Barclay Creek most of the way to the lake.
If you are new to the Mountaineers, I recommend checking out the Beginning Hiking Seminar (it's free) on Thursday June 21st. For those who haven't hiked with me before, we hike together as a group. The pace will be slow/moderate with periodic stops for water, photos, or clothing adjustments.
