Baker Lodge with lots of day hiking opportunities for all levels. We'll have some trips led by Tacoma hike leaders and informal groups hiking on their own. Hiking destinations will be determined based on road and trail conditions when we get to the area. It is wilderness hiking so you should come prepared with the Ten Essentials including extra clothing should the weather in the mountains turn cold and winter like - gloves and extra gloves and a fleece or wool hat, and rain gear (jacket and pants) are essential even in August!
