Wait List Procedures

If the hike is full, you may choose to place your name on a wait list - but you can only be on one wait list for any particular date. If your plans change, you must cancel yourself from the wait list (the same as though you were on the roster), otherwise you may take up a spot that someone else could have had.

An automatic email is sent to you once you have moved from the wait list to the roster, or call the Mountaineers Program Center at 206-521-6000.

Late cancellations do occur and you may still make it on the trip.

If you have made it onto the trip and you do not show up for the hike, you will be considered a "no-show".
