Trip Report Form

Please file your trip report on the Mountaineers website.  This is a two-step process.

1. Go to your profile and find the trip you led. 
   
2. Click on "Update Roster" and then update the rooster of people who went on the hike by canceling the names of those who were signed up but did not come along. 
3. Click on Submit.
   
4. Click on "File an Activity Report"
5. Input all pertinent information from your hike, including status of trip, mileage, gain, any noteable conditions.
6. Click on Submit and Update.

Note that on the Activity Report, all information will be available to other Mountaineers - except the confidential portion at the bottom. The idea is that another hike leader will be able to access up-to-date trail info about that specific hike.
