If you cannot participate in a hike, or want to be taken off a wait list, you must cancel by phoning the clubhouse by the Thursday before the hike (or two days before midweek trips). If this is not possible, it is essential that you call the Leader and your driver or riders.

If you do not show up at the designated meeting spot, and do not contact your drivers/riders and the Leader, you are considered a "no-show" and may become subject to denial of club signup privileges.
