Waiting List Proceedures

If the hike is full, you may choose to place your name on a waiting list - but you can only be on one waiting list for any particular date.

It is your responsibility to call the clubhouse (206-284-8484) by Thursday to find out whether or not you have made it onto the hike. Call the leader directly after Thursday. Late cancellations do occur and you may still make it on the trip.

If you have made it onto the trip and you do not show up for the hike, you will be considered a "no-show".
