The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is held every year in early April throughout the Skagit Valley. You can photograph everything from colorful rows of tulips to close-ups to people. This woman was wearing a beautiful dress that looked like it was made with tulips in mind. Tip: get there at dawn for golden light and smaller crowds.
