Navigation Cards are issued each April for all courses that year

Navigation cards for all 2005-2006 navigation courses have been sent out.

When you get your navigation card, hold on to it, it is valuable and difficult to replace.

Many courses and some leadership applications require you to submit proof of currency in navigation. When requested, you should make a photocopy of your navigation card, and submit the photocopy of the card as proof of successful completion of the basic navigation course (note the expiry date on the card). You will be issued a card after successful completion of the course, or upon teaching one workshop and one field trip in the same year.

Navigation Card replacement

From time-to-time, students or instructors lose their navigation cards. These will be replaced upon request, with a .PDF image of the card. To request a replacement card, send an email to the address below. Be sure to include your full name and address, as well as a telephone number where you can be reached. You will get confirmation by return email within a few days.
