Welcome to the Seattle Naturalists web page.  The Seattle Naturalists offers an introductory course, Introduction to the Natural World, as well as bi-monthly presentations or trips for Study Group members and other interested members.
 

Course: Introduction to The Natural World - 2010
We are offering "An Introduction to the Natural World", a course that explores the plants and animals of the Cascades and Olympics. The course consists of 4 Tuesday evening presentations and 4 field trips.  

You may register on the Mountaineer Website between Feb 15 and May 8, 2010. The course begins on Tuesday, May 18 and runs from May to July .
 

The Study Group
Graduates of the course are invited to join The Study Group.   Study Group activities include presentations by local plant and wildlife experts, opportunities for advanced courses, an invitation to sit in on the yearly Intro course, and day or weekend Naturalists outings. A one-time $30 fee gives you a lifetime membership. 

Activity Sigup and Study Group Calendar
Sign up for activities available to Mountaineers and the general public.  Also a listing of activities usually restricted to Study Group members.   Check back often - trips are regularly added to the calendar.
