The publishing arm of club, The Mountaineers Books is one of the largest publishers of outdoor literature in the country. Hiking Guides, how-to, narratives and more.

The Mountaineers Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit that promotes the study, protection, and enjoyment of the Pacific Northwest's natural areas.

The Seattle UTHRs (say "others") are a group aimed at bringing 20- & 30-something Mountaineers members together for fun and friendship. They believe that people in this age range should have the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors with their peers.

UTHRs activities cover the range of Mountaineers offerings, but with an age-specific focus. Past events have included backpacks, hikes, snowshoes, potluck dinners, pub nights, group sessions at local climbing gyms and a lot more.
